B Dubs Pulled Chicken Sandwich

Here's a an easy recipe for a variation on BBQ pulled chicken with a little Buffalo Wild Wings twist. Set it in the crock pot before you leave for work and come back to a tasty dinner.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 bottle of your favorite BWW sauce* (probably Spicy Garlic)
  • 1.5 cups chicken stock
  • 8 hamburger buns

Directions:
  1. Place the chicken in a crock pot.
  2. Fill crock pot with chicken stock until chicken is totally covered.
  3. Cook on Low for 8-10 hours.
  4. Drain pot and shred chicken with a fork.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken. Keep crock pot on warm until sauce is warmed.
  6. Serve over toasted hamburger buns with a side of potato wedges and Dr. Pepper.

*Kroger sells generic versions of the sauces that are pretty good.

Full disclosure: TAS has an unhealthy obsession with B Dubs. He craves it more than any other restaurant and always suggests it when the question is brought up of where to eat. For the most part, his friends, coworkers, and wife tolerate his boneless wing cravings but he doesn't get his way all the time so occasionally he'll concoct ideas such as this recipe to quench his appetite.
